Cocks comb Veronica
This beautiful blue Veronica has uniquely shaped flowers. The slender flower ends in a light green ?cock?s comb?. Veronica can be grown as cut flower outside as well as in a tunnel or greenhouse. Veronica Christa® has strong stems and a long vase life. Untopped Christa® produces heavy stems from 80 to 100 cm. By topping the plants and/or growing in a tunnel, the flowering time can be spread. In the first year the crop is limited, in the second and following years 8 to 12 stems per plant. Protection against the wind to prevent leave damage. Very good average flower prices at auction for the lat 2 seasons.
